We provide returns for products within 30 days after your product has been delivered. After this period has elapsed, we cannot offer a refund or exchange.
Returns will be provided when item is in the same condition as it was when received. It must also be in its original packaging.
For sanitary, hygiene and other miscellaneous reasons, there are a few types of items that lie outside our returnable products list. These cannot be returned, and include the following: Perishable goods, i.e. food, flowers, newspapers or magazines. We also do not accept returns for products that are intimate or sanitary goods, hazardous materials, or flammable liquids or gases. We also do not return any software that is sold, as well as gift cards that have been purchased from us. Subsequently, health related goods may also be subject to return restrictions.
For a return to be processed we require proof of purchase (receipt for instance).
Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.

Refunds (if applicable)
Upon receiving and inspecting a returned item, we will send and email to notify you of this event and provide information regarding the refunds approval or rejection.
In the event that the refund is approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment or credit card, within a certain amount of days (time period ranges).
Missing or late refunds (if applicable)
In the case of a refund not being received, please check your bank account again, to ensure that it has not yet arrived since last checking.
Following this, if still not received, please contact your credit card company as it may take time for your refund to be processed and credited.
Finally, please contact your bank as it takes time to process refund payments and this may be the source of the delay.

Sale items (if applicable)
Regular priced items may be refunded. Sale items can not be refunded.
Exchanges (if applicable)
Only defective or damaged items can be exchanged. See "Return Shipping" section below for details of how to exchange such items.
To return your product please email email@example.com and we will provide the return items mailing address.
Shipping costs for returning your item will be paid by the individual returning the item. If a refund or exchange is granted the cost of the return shipping will be deducted from the refund.
Depending on your location, the time it takes to process refund or exchanged item may vary (shipping time + processing).
When return shipping an item for that is priced at over $70 (USD), please consider using a tracking service or purchasing shipping insurance. This is due to our inability to guarantee that your return item will be received.
